Payments & cancellations

Nothing is charged on this website. When your quote is confirmed on WhatsApp, we send UPI and bank details for the full amount. That payment does two things: it buys your material and it books your frame — one artisan, one frame, your piece. The working-day clock on your quoted date starts the day the payment is received, not the day you enquire.

• Before dispatch: we send photos of the finished piece, front and back, in the order chat. You see your actual blouse before it is packed, not a promise.
• No payment on the site: the cart and checkout here produce a written enquiry, not a charge. If anyone asks you to pay through a link claiming to be us, verify on our WhatsApp number first — we only ever share payment details inside the order conversation.

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, any UPI app), netbanking or direct bank transfer. We confirm every payment in the order chat the same day, and your ref number appears on the receipt. We do not take cash on delivery — a made-to-order piece is paid for before it travels.

• Before we cut the fabric: full refund. Any time between paying and the day we cut, you can cancel for any reason and the entire amount comes back to you within 5–7 working days, to the account it came from. We tell you in the order chat before cutting happens, so you always know where the window stands.
• After cutting or embroidery begins: the payment is not refundable. By then your fabric is cut to your measurements and frame days are consumed — the material and the artisan's time cannot be resold. This is acknowledged at order time; we'd rather it read blunt here than surprise anyone later.
• If we cancel — a material we cannot source, a date we discover we cannot honestly hold — you get a full refund of everything paid, whatever stage the work is at, plus first claim on the next available frame if you still want the piece.

A rush frame (subject to availability, +25%) follows the same structure: paid in full to book it, full refund before cutting. The surcharge buys frame priority, not corners cut — if we take a rush order, the date we quote is one we can genuinely hit.

All prices on this site and on quotes are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable GST. You receive a receipt when your payment reaches us and an invoice for the order; businesses that need a GST invoice with their GSTIN on it should say so in the order chat before the invoice is raised.
